1.9 - Glitched Horses, Slimes, and Grounds

I seem to be having a good number of errors. I was running on an older version of Java (some version 7), but after updating the issues persisted.
1) Horses, Donkeys, and Mules a like show as very bizarre accordion figures.
2) By observing the holes in the ground, chunks like to switch around. Screenshotting only shows the single duplication, but the ground is changing very rapidly. There is technically no hindrance to movement itself, just issues with the display.
3) Slimes are invisible. As seen in the photo titled "Glitches" you can see that there are slime particles. They are present and making sounds, just invisible.

Broken AMD graphics driver, see MC-62958

migrated

Since my computer cannot update from Windows 7 without causing error to other programs, and I can't update my ADM driver because of that, I used the work around suggestion in MC-62958, and so far the issues haven't been present. I believe my issue is resolved for the time being.

But AMD is providing current graphics card drivers for Windows 7.

Attach a screenshot with debug screen (F3) enabled, then I'll give you the download link for the most recent AMD driver for Win 7

I suppose I was a little bit confused. I've just recently received this graphics card, and I've been gaming for 8 years without one. All of this is very new to me. Thank you in advance, Kumasasa! The file was attached as "Debug Screen".

There ya go : http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%207%20-%2064

Keep in mind the AMD Radeon 4xxx is ancient (~8 .. 9 years old). I'm afraid that the drivers won't solve any problem, so you'll have to use the workarounds noted in MC-62958

After updating my driver and using the work around suggestion, I haven't had any graphics issues. Thanks again for your help.
