[MC-99210] Minecraft 1.9 - Massive Lag Unplayeable SMP

Everytime I run minecraft I get massive lag on the main menu and In-Game, Even if SinglePlayer or MultiPlayer I always get 1-3 FPS, I tried everything MipMap, VSync, min graphics settings....

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

Okay, after a whole day of searching drivers, my fps went from 1-2 to 15-25, it decreased the lag so much thanks.
