[MC-99265] I can't see my customized skin when I don't have wi-fi.

When I am connected to wi-fi my skin it's shown. But without being connected the skin is not loaded.

Steps:
1. Disconnect of wi-fi

because it has to get your skin from the skin servers, which you can't connect to without internet, and thus shows the default Steve or Alex skin

but in pocket edition the skin is shown without internet

Because PE saves it on the device, not at any server

And we can't do the same as PE in Minecraft PC?
