Chunk Loading Issue

While playing Single Player and on Vanilla 1.9 servers using a fairly good PC I am noticing that chunks I am standing on and chunks I walk near load in and out. The render distance on my Minecraft is currently 8 chunks. These chunks are always right next to me and they start loading in and out. I've tried different servers and single player with plain 1.9 installed.

The chunk issue still occurs. I believe this is with 1.9 as this issue has not occurred in any other version I have played. Yes the worlds I tested and found this chunk issue on were newly generated 1.9 worlds.

This is a fine example of the chunk lag. This is on a server running Spigot 1.9 with minimum plugins, however this issue does occur in Vanilla as well. (check Attachments)

I've seen very similar issues and I can assure you this is not a "Graphic driver issue or low on memory or crappy computer."

Again. I have preformed the same tests running 1.8 and 1.7 and there was no issues with chunks loading in and out while they were next to me.

Duplicate? I've seen this issue reported already, however the replies to these issues such as a crappy computer are just unfair. I am sure that some reporters do indeed have "crappy computers", however I am running a computer that has run 1.8 and 1.7 in the past with no issues loading in chunks which I am standing in or are directly next to. This does seem like a 1.9 bug.

the enviroment is supposed to contain pc details

When it occurs can you force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Note that modded version are not supported (Spigot).

Sorry about that [Mod] FVbico. I can't seem to edit the environment now, however my PC details:

Added forced crash file as well for when issue occurs on Single Player.

Providing screenshots of the world information as it is on the single player list and a screenshot of the issue occurring on Single Player Vanilla 1.9 (since I feel the Spigot server screenshot is disregarded due to it being a modded version)

I don't know if this has to do something with this, but you should update your graphics card drivers to the latest version (15.36.28.4332, you are now using 10.18.10.3316). If you don't know how to update your graphics driver please use this tool provided by Intel.

If it still occurs after updating your drivers, create a new world and test there if chunks are not loading/rendering. Does it still occur or is it "back to normal"? Or else zip the world and also upload it here so we can check the world on our end.

Thank you for your suggestion to update. I tried that and then created a new world. The same issue still occurred. One thing to note however is that it seems to happen much less frequently while walking, however while flying in creative mode and flying around in the area I first spawned into the issue occurs much more frequently. Generally when I am around 5-10 blocks above the ground. That is when chunks will start unloading and loading in slightly rapid manners directly under me and next to me.

I provided the newly created world I re-tested this issue on.

Don't really see how this should be marked as duplicate. Every other chunk loading issue problem I've seen for 1.9 has been marked resolved as the issue being the reporter's PC being blamed. I honestly think this should be looked into and tested by others. Mojang themselves even. I have seen and talked to many other people who have been using 1.9 who experience the same issue.

This isn't just something that should be blamed on every single person's PC. I believe this is a bug that shouldn't just be ignored.

I can see what you mean, I created a world myself and the chunks flash (really short flash) but then they load. (But when flying I get a 'Exception while ticking a block' because the gravel can't update fast enough but that doesn't matter in this case.) The flashing could relate to MC-63020.

Edit: for me chunks only flash on new terrain generation not like what Kevin said about the terrain he spawned

MC-90602 is still open. There is no need to keep 2 tickets for the same issue.

Oh nice. A ticket that wasn't marked as the user's PC being to blame. I guess I am a duplicate. Throw me away lol. I'm going to bookmark and watch that ticket. Thank you Tom Udding!

Its happening on my Spigot 1.9.2 server. One strange thing i've noticed is that reloading the chunks (f3 + a) makes the map render properly but re-logging does nothing.
