[MC-99379] Offhand slot in Inventory looks glitched

I cannot upload the picture now due to bad home internet but I checked my game files and can't seem to find the screenshot so when my internet is fixed i'll post the picture of the actual thing

The way you can see this bug is by going on to Mineplex. That's the only way you can re-produce the bug

Also I don't know how I actually did because I was just on 1.9 and on Mineplex and suddenly I checked my Inventory and saw the off hand slot abit blacked out.
