An Ender Pearl thrown during my fall is funny

When I threw Ender Pearl during a fall, until Ver1.8, a ball was thrown to the direction that I turned to.

But,in Ver.1.9,Ender Pearl is thrown to the lower direction than before.
I expect this is given more the acceleration In the lower direction by the fall to

Steps to Reproduce:
Jump off the high place.
Throw Ender Pearl horizontally before making a landing.
And this falls into the lower direction without flying too much.

Because of this, SURVIVAL that developed is considerably troublesome!!
