[MC-99428] A lot of mob's models are glitched/invisible

I'm in my realms world and horses are invisible as well as some others having their models really glitched including ocelots, ghasts, wolves, villagers, zombie pigmen, etc. It seems to only be affecting the more complex models, as it does not affect cows, pigs, chickens, creepers, zombies, etc.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.
