Boats go faster on ice

Now I know this may be a duplicate but those were for the snapshots but let me tell you which went wrong I spawned a boat on ice in a icy lake I made and I was speeding VERY FAST like I could get to the end of my Minecraft world. Here is a gif of it happening in ACTION .Also I put this in private because I don't really know if it is a security issue or a bug it's more like a glitch and I think that glitches are security issues.
