Screen changing

Hello. I have noticed a bug which makes the game less enjoyable. Whenever I enter the game and load a map it's fine as long as I don't try to save & exit and load it again. If I do that it crashes and you can see what's happening on the picture I linked below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. So first of all, start Minecraft, load your map.
2. Then save and exit, but don't close Minecraft.
3. Try to load the map again and see how it crashes.
