This glitch has been happening to all my worlds ever since I made a superflat world. It seems to me to be nearly the same glitch that I reported on Oct.11. Restarting my game seems to be the only way to currently fix. The first picture is from the superflat map that started the glich and the other two are from my regular map.

I don't know how, but, now it isn't glitching anymore. I used the same map that started the problem, and now it won't glitch. I did turn down my render distance so that might have fixed the issue. After I turned my render distance back up to 17 it glitched
