My Minecraft client will crash if I place a Dragon Head on a server. It'll only work if I restart my computer about a trillion times. Please fix this! (I'm not sure if this bug is in 1.9.1 or not, so please check this.) (I do not have a crash report because my launcher crashed at the exact same time.

you can still get the crash report at minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt
My launcher crashed too, so please reread my bug report. It simply says that my launcher crashed, so I cannot attach the crash report.
if your game crashes, the report is always saved to a txt document at the minecraft files folder, again, please attach the crash report
The crash report is stored on your harddisk at ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]).
Are there any files named hs_err_pidXXX.log (XXX = numbers) ?
If so, please attach it.
Before crashing anything, attach a screenshot with debug screen (F3) enabled.
Don't set a ticket to private unless it contains exploits, security issues, or private information (username, IP)
