Welcome to the Minecraft Bug Tracker, a place where everyone can report and discuss code issues encountered while playing the game!
Before creating a new ticket, please take a moment to search the Bug Tracker to see if the issue has already been reported. If you find a matching report, consider adding your vote and watching the ticket to stay informed about future updates and progress.
A well-written bug report helps our Development Team understand, reproduce, and investigate issues more efficiently. Below you can find an example report that demonstrates the format we recommend using:

Summary / Ticket Title
[Provide a short but descriptive title that clearly explains the issue. Mention the affected feature, item, activity, location, character, menu, or system whenever possible. Other players will often use the title to search for similar issues.]
Beehives disappear after saving and reloading a Survival world
Description
[Describe the issue in detail. Explain what is happening, when it happens, and how it affects gameplay. The more relevant information you provide, the easier it is for the Development Team to understand and investigate the problem.]
After placing naturally obtained Beehives in a Survival world, the blocks disappear after saving, exiting to the main menu, and reloading the world. Any bees stored inside the Beehives are also lost. The issue has been observed multiple times in the same world and results in the permanent loss of resources used to obtain and transport bees.
Steps to Reproduce
[List each action as a separate step. Be as specific as possible so someone else can follow the exact same path and attempt to reproduce the issue. Begin by stating the game version used. The final step should lead directly to the observed behaviour described below.]
Launch the game on version 1.1.0.0.
Create or load a Survival world.
Obtain a Beehive using Silk Touch.
Place the Beehive on the ground.
Wait for bees to enter the Beehive.
Save and exit to the main menu.
Reload the same world.
Return to the location where the Beehive was placed.
Observed Results
[Describe what actually happens after completing the reproduction steps. Keep this concise and focused on the problem.]
The placed Beehive is missing after reloading the world, and any bees stored inside are permanently lost.
Expected Results
[Describe what should happen instead. If you are unsure about the intended behaviour, explain why the current behaviour appears unexpected.]
The placed Beehive remains in the world after reloading, and any bees stored inside should still be present.
Screenshots / Videos Attached
[Attach screenshots or a short video demonstrating the issue. Videos should focus on the problem and include only the actions needed to show the bug.]
Screenshot showing the placed Beehive before exiting the world.
Video showing the save, reload, and disappearance of the Beehive.
Notes
[Include any additional information that may assist investigation, such as frequency, patterns, workarounds, or platform-specific observations.]
Reproduced 5 out of 5 attempts.
Observed in both an existing Survival world and a newly created Survival world.
Issue was not observed in Creative mode.
Occurred on both Windows and Xbox Series X.
Keeping reports clear, concise, and aligned with this template helps issues get reviewed and processed more quickly 🌩️
