When trying to access an online account it fails the ps+ account check. This has happened when adding an online couch coop character.
This issue is intermittent but frequent. Restarting the game doesn't tend to help, it usually takes 4-5 attempts at the moment.
In this environment, one player has a ps+ account but another is using the primary ps5 access.
It can happen if the primary ps5+ account holder is the first player and adds a sub user or if the sub user uses their online character first and add the primary account user.

To clarify, when saying that the other user uses the primary ps5 access, I mean that they do not hold a ps+ subscription but uses the feature on ps which allows them to use the online features from another accounts primary ps5.
