To clarify, when saying that the other user uses the primary ps5 access, I mean that they do not hold a ps+ subscription but uses the feature on ps which allows them to use the online features from another accounts primary ps5.
We are also having this issue. Also, when standing next to another of the locked doors it can send the trail to the wrong door but when closer to the correct door (which is marked on the map) it is locked as in the above screenshot but it will navigate me to the correct place.
We are using the PS5 version and it happened after trying to take the rails to get closer to the door.
I've managed to work around this bug, eventually the gold marker vanished completely from the map and I wondered around the map at a bit of a loss. While I did that I found a different entrance that was only
being picked up by the quest trail when nearby. For the original poster it's marked as a door on the map near to the village.
