Cannot gain 2 buff the same frame

  • Short description of the issue
    When gaining 2 buffs at the same time (artifact buffs or weapon buffs), only one buff is applied and disables the blocked buff

  • Steps to reproduce the issue
    Press multiple artifacts abilities at the same time (ex: fungus or bangles) or use buffs while attacking with skulker claws (8% chance to give shadowcloak on hit)

  • Expected result
    Expected to gain both buffs at the same time

  • Actual result
    lost access to buffing artifacts until re-equipped

weird, in my testing (Windows 11 steam version) this bug only happens specifically when triggering a player effect via a weapon enchantment, like the sculker claws, at the near exact same time as a direct-effect artifact. I cant reproduce this bug like you can by triggering two direct-effect artifacts at the same time, which fungus/bangles are you specifically using?

I was using fighting fungus and blight bangle. I used keyboard to hit them at the exact same time
