dungeon exit sending player to out of bounds area in frozen highlands

When exiting a dungeon using the glowing exit pillar in the frozen highlands it will sometimes send my character to the out of bounds location shown on the map, I hadn’t even gotten to this part of the map yet, the only reason why it is explored is because this bug happened once before this time
