Death cap mushroom artifact flashes red and cannot be used even though cooldown is expired and there is enough souls. Similar to the problem in MCD1 the only fix I can find is re-equipping the artifact, but it then repeats after some time.

This is related to or a duplicate of MCD2-135. I’ve also only ever seen videos of it when the player has sculker claws equipped. Is that the case for you?
