Game crashes when refreshing merchant trades

Whenever I try to refresh the merchant trades my game crashes, giving me an “EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000238e8054f68” error. There’s a rare instance where it doesn’t crash but refreshing the trades again causes the crash. I’ve tried exiting everything and restarting my pc but this issue still persists. The only thing I did not try was doing the verify and repair option with the Xbox app because I’m afraid to lose my game progress since the only save I have is with an offline hero, not an online one.

EDIT: I did try the verify and repair. The issue still persists.
