Dear to whom it may concern,
Since reaching end game (lvl100 and finishing main quest line), my town merchant has never refreshed. I have bought one item from it and it has since always been there (over a day of saying its been purchased, see attached image). Every time I click on the re-roll button, it crashes the entire server and I need to quit and re-open the server. This is occuring on an online server with my brother. I therefore am unable to use the town merchant… Looking forward to your quick fix and do let me know if you have further questions to diagnose this issue.
