Player 2 (local Co Op)button mapping resets to default (Nintendo Switch 2)

When Player 2 joined to local co op game he cannot change his controller mapping, but Player 1 can. At the start of a new save slot, Player 1 customized his button mapping, which also changed Player 2 button mapping, after closing the game and re entering the game, Player 1 conserves his controller mapping but Player 2’s mapping is reseted to default and it's unable to change it ( I tried customizing Player 1 controller mapping again and nothing changed for P2, he's stuck with the default configuration)
