Reassigned controls get reset for P2 in couch co-op mode

After reassigning controls in the game options, whenever the game is closed and reopened I have to reset and reassign all custom controls because couch co-op P2 is set to default controls with no way of changing them independently (P1 still has the reassigned controls) despite the fact that they are obviously different between players.
