Pre-order & Deluxe Content Not Available for Local Co-Op

The extra content (hero skins, pets, capes) for pre-ordering & purchasing deluxe edition are only available for 1 player on our PS5. When we play couch co-op together locally on the same PS5 machine, the extra content is not available for any other player on the system. This seems like a major oversight. I should be able to login to the game under the account that these items are registered under, and when others join locally afterwards on same machine they should be able to select these items as well.
