I purchased the game via Minecraft Launcher. Installed the game with the same process. Try launching the game from the Launcher. It opens the Minecraft Dungeons 2 launch screen and closes the Minecraft Launcher. It takes approximately 65 secs (counts in bottom right, at 30 indicates it could take longer) then pops up a box that says “The game has crashed. The game has crashed. Error code: (0x12c) | Okay (button)”. The error code links to a very unhelpful location (Fix gaming issues with the XBOX app for PC and handhelds | XBOX Support). I’ve then repaired the install from this method. The Xbox gaming app. Uninstalled and re-installed via both methods. Tried my C: vs. my larger gaming drive. ALL with the same effect. Everything from drivers (nvidia 3060 ti), to OS, and applications have been validated and updated.

Opened another Minecraft ticket and found this prior to getting a response. This was the resolve for me. I have my system connected via CAT cable, but I needed wifi to get the game running. I then disabled wifi and enabled my nic after it was running and it was fine. Tried to restart it again after with my nic\CAT cable, but it’s still the same issue. Have a resolve, anyway.
