Ridiculous Damage multiplier with grindstone on all effects

When using the grindstone artifact before or after applying an effect such as fire or poison to an enemy, the effect damage varies from a base value of 8 up to 640 on bosses for fire and probably more for poison these are the ticks per ~0.5s and apply as long as the grindstone is active.
