I can’t sign into my Microsoft account

Whenever I try logging into my Microsoft account, the app says it worked but on my screen I get error code 0073 or 0029.

Open Dungeons 2 on Switch 2, then go to settings and go to log into Microsoft.

What is supposed to happen: scan QR code, enter code dungeons gives, then log in. Then, you are logging in on the switch.

What actually happens: scan QR code and log in; app says you are logged in then the switch displays error code 0073 or error 0029
