Nintendo Switch 2 Hero Pack issue

I redeemed the preorder code I got for buying the physical version of the game, I redeemed it on the Nintendo eShop and got the switch2 version of the Hero Pack. However when I went in game, none of the items were there, no skins, no chicken, and no cape.

I have searched several times to try and see if someone has figured something out but nothing.

Before you ask the switch2 has not yet updated to the version 1.1.2.0 or whatever it's called. So I don't know if it works on that version or not
