Pressing space when you open the merchant prevents you from buying an item using space

when you first open the merchant and then press spacebar to open up the purchase screen for the first item, it selects the first item but doesn’t open the purchase screen. sometimes it will open the purchase screen, but wont let you buy the item using space and you’ll have to exit the screen/villager to buy it
