The player can get outside the intended playable area near the waterfall by jumping/climbing onto the surrounding terrain. From there, the player can walk on top of the cliffs and access areas that appear to be outside the normal map boundaries
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the waterfall area shown in the attached video
Move to the rocks/ledge next to the waterfall
Jump onto the terrain beside the waterfall
Continue jumping/climbing upward
The player can reach the top of the cliffs and move outside the intended playable area
Expected result:
The player should be prevented from climbing or jumping outside the playable map boundaries
Actual result:
The player can climb onto the terrain outside the normal playable area and freely move around above/outside the map

not sure which ticket is the best place to share this, but this is the oldest out of bounds report i could find. i made a collection of 17 places ive found to get out of bounds in one video, its too long to be posted to the bug tracker directly.
im sure theres even more than this, but combining all the out of bounds / map escape reports into one ticket makes sense, theres just so many and they all boil down to the same issue basically
