the soul storm tower in frozen highlands, next to highland cliffs has multiple issues

this tower has multiple issues with the placement of chests or shield towers

it can summon the small shield generator towers up on the top of the cliffside, which are nearly impossible to hit with a bow or in any other way from the lower area. there is a small path up the backside of the rocks to get to it, but it feels like a bad placement for the shield generator.

most of the time the loot chests also fail to generate for this tower, as shown in the attached video. it can fail to give you a loot chest if you defeat it as tower 1 or tower 2. it can fail to give you normal chest for tower 3 but the special chest for tower 3 seems to work fine here
