white snowy fox in the frozen cave has broken interaction talk button

inside the ice cave in the ice burgs area of frozen highland you can find a white fox that has a “talk” button. it doesn’t do anything and doesn’t go away when you click it. seems like cut quest content, see video below

unrelated issue but the button to the door of this area is broken and doesn’t let you pathfind to it correctly.
