Can't Salvage any item

Am having an issues where i can't salvage any item in the game i tried restarting my console, deleting and reinstalling the game, hack i even tried creating a new hero to see if it was only my previous hero was bugged but unfortunately for me even the new hero couldn't salvage any item, I can’t retrieve my enchantment back for that reason. I tried to ignore it but I can't experience the full fun of the game because of it. And btw the current version is 1.100.200 but it doesn't give me the option to put that in sooo!
