when i try to login with 1.6.2 the lancher doesnt work with Mac osx 10.5.8 i need to work on my server which has been updated but i can not as to this bug.

What I expected to happen was...:
login fine and play on my server with my friends

What actually happened was...:
it said there was a bug and i had to use 1.5.2 instead

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get on a Mac 10.5.8
2. try to login
3. box appears saying there is a bug
