at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)I installed REI Minimap for 1.6.2 and Too Many Items for 1.6.2 then deleted "META-INF". Then I started minecraft and the above error occurs. I've tried Running the .exe as administrator, but that didn't work.

It does NOT relate to the specific mod. It relates to the Launcher. When I create a new version to use with the Launcher, it will not let me start the game and gives the error above. This happens even with a Copy of the 1.6.2 folder in the Versions folder (specificially labeled "1.6.2 - Copy")

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.
Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
