[MCL-11214] Latest Snapshot unticked but the Snapshot profile is there if latest version is release

If the latest version is a release, a "Latest snapshot" profile exists for that release despite the "Snapshots" checkbox not being ticked.

This is caused by the latest snapshot being a release version (in this case 1.14.3), which is also pushed to the snapshot channel along with the release channel. This issue can only be reproduced if last snapshot and last release are equal, which is not the case at the moment.

This has now been fixed. Whenever the stars align and release and snapshot are the same, the 'latest snapshot' will not be shown if snapshots are not selected to show.
