[MCL-11471] Minecraft freezes on Mojang loading screen

I get into the launcher and press play and it shows the loading screen. It gets to about 80% when it stops, and if I click on anything, it says not responding. I close it and I click 'view crash report' but nothing happens.

Same issue with two latest versions of Nvidia drivers, with both bundled and separated JRE, with not elevated and with elevated rights, with and without active Defender and Firewall, in all combinations of previous mentioned software and conditions.
