Windows 8 - Launcher can't download remote file/Bootstrap fails

Tried several times to launch the game with the new launcher, but everytime I get a report saying that it is "Unable to download remote file." and I should "Check your internet connection/proxy settings."
It says: FATAL ERROR: net.minecraft.bootstrap.FatalBootstrapError: Unable to download while being forced
at net.minecraft.bootstrap.Bootstrap.execute(Bootstrap.java:82)
at net.minecraft.bootstrap.Bootstrap.main(Bootstrap.java:361)

and asks me to restart.

Check your firewall settings, something is preventing you from downloading the needed files.

The file it downloads is in that screenshot, try it in your browser?

Short google later, someone 'fixed' a similar issue by uninstalling Hamachi;

Thanks! Disabling the Firewall fixed the issue! I hope that this will be a little easier to handle in future updates!

Edit: After reenabling the Firewall after the game had launched, the game failed to recognize the skin.

I know how to fix it ! 100 % ! (If you have ESET antivirus)
Go to the antivirus and click options, then Advanced settings (something like that) I dont know what actually writes because my computer is not in English version! Then go to HTTP, HTTPS and choose Don't check HTTPS protocol and click apply !
Sorry for bad english ! (If you have Google Chrome and it can't open some pages you are lucky - this will fix that too)
This worked for me 100 % if you have question tell me !
