Launcher never loads anything correctly and displays nothing but grey. Happens when I make a new installation and try switching the version, instead of a menu of versions it's just grey and displays nothing. I've restarted the launcher as well as my computer and don't know what to do.

Hello! We're sorry you're experiencing this problem. In order to diagnose the problem, we need to look at your launcher log file. It's called launcher_log.txt, and can be found in your Minecraft folder. Please attach it to this bug report.
