1.14.4 crashes on mojang loading screen at 90%

I've been having all types of issues loading Minecraft. I updated to the newest Windows 10 and I was able to play for like 3 or 4 minutes. Then it crashed. I tried to play again and it would load up to about 50% on the Mojang loading screen and then stop for a few seconds then continue up to 80% and then stop again then go up to 90% and then crash. then the launcher would load up and give me the option to view the crash report, but when I try to open it nothing happens I've uninstalled and re-installed Minecraft a couple of times now.
