I was trying do download the right Minecraft Forge installation but when I went to go delete one it would have the option t delete it. And when I tried to see if I could delete normal installations I could only delete duplicates.

Resolved as a duplicate of MCL-11440 and transferred resolution and assignee to that ticket.
A fix for this will go out by next release
