Is there any way to delete minecraft launcher profiles in the newest version? I can't find a way to do it, thanks if you solve it!

Yeah I am getting this as well. It is really annoying. I can't even change the icon, this kind of breaks organization for me, and not being able to delete profiles is a major issue.
You can't delete them. In addition, you can't rename them. In addition, after a second launch of the launcher you get this:
"<unnamed installation>"
You cannot correct this through the launcher's UI. The only recourse is to go edit the json file. Please fix. Extremely aggravating.
