[MCL-12238] Instalação não deletavel

Eu criei uma nova Instalação sem nome e logo após eu tentei deleta-la mas não aparece nenhuma opção de delete e a opção de mudar de nome e versão ficaram desabilitadas

We're actually already tracking this issue in MCL-11440, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
