[MCL-11712] Delete button for "Instances" tab appears to be missing?

Just really confused, I thought in old versions the delete button was right there for installations. If it was moved I can't find any sources online saying so.

Not having a close button ❌ in the top right corner is a design choice. The dialog closes by clicking "Cancel" or using the escape key
