[MCL-12159] Minecraft launches 2 launchers in the backround

When launching 1.14 and its versions the launcher will open 2 launchers in the background, the way i fixed it was to manually disable these 2 launchers with the task manager, but that leaves me without skins.

Maybe it's an "Launcher Service"

Minecraft Launcher has multiple processes running on the computer to perform multiple tasks separated from each other. This is is working as expected, you should not end these processes as Minecraft is running.
