This bug affects 19w41a so ignore the "affected versions" section. The Zombie Mob has no head. It is simply black as shown in the screenshot. So is the zombie head block. However, the baby zombie does NOT have a black head and it appears to be fine. I apologize if I didn't do this right, I have never done this before.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-163008 and MC-163009, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main tickets it would be appreciated.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
By the way, you reported your issue to the Minecraft Launcher (MCL) project. The project for the game itself is called Minecraft: Java Edition (MC).
