Keep getting the pop-up when trying to launch the Minecraft Launcher, cannot update native launcher. Java has been uninstalled, reinstalled, same with Minecraft. I've scoured the internet for answers and those seem to be the main issues, but nothing is working. Firewall is disabled, AV is disabled. Running macOS El Capitan 10.11.6. No connectivity issues. Was running fine the past week and more. No mac updates.

This issue seems similar to MCL-12229, but that ticket is about a different file failing to be moved, and seems to be Windows-only.
