[MCL-12348] I can't open Minecraft Launcher.

So I want to play Minecraft,but my minecraft launcher can't be open.I tried to redownload but still not working.It don't let me into Minecraft Launcher.

same thing is happening to me at this point in time; how do i attach the launcher log? i made an issue (MC-164379) and the same comments happened, but i do not understand them
