I can't play offline

I run the game normally and the launcher ask me to log in to play (I can log perfectly when I have internet). But when I don't have internet the launcher told me "We couldn't log you back in as (my user name). Please try again using your username & password". I do it and then it says "Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked.
