Every time i try to run the Minecraft Launcher, i get a loading circle on my cursor, and that is all that happens. i have uninstalled Minecraft and Java, made exceptions in the firewall, and deactivated my anti-virus. when i attempt to repair the launcher, it will open the update loading bar and "update" the launcher and java. then it will close and do nothing else.
