Today, I have been running into serious connection issues! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! Whenever I try to load up a server, it gives me a message saying that failed to connect!

Basically, Its saying that my account wasn't authenticated with minecraft.net, even though it said I was connected! Servers are a big part of my Minecraft experience! If I'm not able to play servers, that's a big part of my experience taken away! This needs to be resolved ASAP!
