[MCL-13193] Twitch can't run mod packs, stuck on native launcher

I was trying to play a modpack from the twitch launcher but whenever i try to launch it it stays stuck on loading. When you try to put Minecraft's launcher setting on the JAR launcher it will say you did but once you exit it goes back to the native launcher.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

The problem is Twitch, that is correct, but also because mojang switched to their own distribution network and never supplied a jar launcher which works on that.

Perhaps Mojang has some more power to talk Twitch into supporting the correct launcher correctly.
